Pitching Forearm Anatomy & Muscles
Forearm muscles move the two forearm bones in relation to each other and largely determine movements of the hand and wrist. The illustration shown at the left is the first in a series that will help you understand how the pitching forearm and pitching elbow muscles work together.
Learning how the pitching forearm works will help you understand why we can use these muscles differently to protect the elbow from throwing injuries.
