Pitching Shoulder Injuries
The shoulder has greater range of motion than any other joint in the body, and this range of movement makes the shoulder inherently unstable. Current pitching mechanics consistently cause baseball pitchers to exceed normal ranges of motion at very high speed and tremendous torque. RPM⢠and Rotational Pitching Mechanics uses muscles differently, allowing them the chance to contract earlier, protecting the shoulder girdle. Detailed content and illustrations are in the works.
